Background:

Mr. Cabarcas spent nearly 23 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. He was a Strategic Communications Wing One, E-6B Mercury pilot stationed at Tinker AFB, OK and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time on Active Duty, Mr. Cabarcas served as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer and an Acquisition Professional within the Department of Defense. Mr. Cabarcas’ experience includes Program Management, Production, Quality and Management, and contract administration. After his career in the Navy, he worked as a Safety Management System professional/leader for a Major airline (14 CFR Part 121 Air Carrier) and a defense contractor as Program Manager of software/cybersecurity programs. Mr. Cabarcas is a certified Project Management Professional. He joined DRG in 2018 as a Corporate Program Manager.
